
Dr. Sanjeev’s life is a remarkable testament to perseverance, leadership, and social impact. Born on January 2, 1970, in the small village of Basoni, Bihar, he was the eldest of three brothers. Leaving home at a young age for his education, he embarked on a journey that would shape his future and inspire many. Until 1987, he was unaware of the vast opportunities in engineering, but a friend’s guidance set him on a path of discovery. With determination, he cleared the entrance exams and secured admission to NIT Jamshedpur, overcoming challenges, including his struggle with English, with relentless dedication.
Graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Sanjeev built an illustrious career, contributing to esteemed organizations such as Tata Steel, Tata Yodogawa Ltd., Ispat Industries, DCM Engineering, and Borosil Limited. His leadership and innovative approach helped drive meaningful change in the industry.
Beyond professional success, Dr. Sanjeev has made a profound social impact. A strong advocate against dowry, he has personally facilitated over 151 dowry-free marriages, ensuring dignity for young brides. His vision extends further—he aspires to establish a charitable oncology hospital to serve those in need.
Currently residing in Bharuch, Gujarat, with his wife and parents, he takes pride in his children’s achievements—his son pursuing postgraduate management studies and his daughter in her final year of MBBS.
