Dr. Prakash Kadam’s story is one of perseverance, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to education. Born in 1951 in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, he grew up in a modest household where his father, a government employee, and his mother, a pillar of resilience, instilled in him the values of integrity, hard work, and the transformative power of knowledge.

Despite financial hardships, Dr. Prakash excelled academically, completing his senior secondary education in 1966 with a passion for science. He pursued a BSc in Chemistry and Physics at Shivaji University, overcoming obstacles through scholarships and tutoring. His dedication earned him first-class honors in 1972, paving the way for an MSc in Chemistry, where he developed a deep love for research and writing.

Determined to shape young minds, Dr. Prakash earned a B.Ed. from Pune University in 1984, refining his teaching skills. As a junior college teacher, he became known for his engaging methods and mentorship. His passion for education led him to a leadership role, where he revitalized the institution as Principal, emphasizing interactive learning and student development.
