Qamrul Anwar Khan is a distinguished expert in Food Science with a career spanning several decades. Specializing in food safety, quality assurance, HACCP compliance, and production management, he has made significant contributions to the global food industry.

As a Food Specialist and partner at the Canadian Halal Food Certifying Agency (CHFCA), he plays a crucial role in auditing, inspection, and ensuring food safety compliance. His deep understanding of HACCP principles, CFIA regulations, and ISO standards has established him as a trusted authority in the field. His book, An Introduction to HACCP, reflects his dedication to advancing industry standards.

Previously, he worked as a Dairy and Food Consultant across Canada and the GCC countries. His leadership as a Production Supervisor at Gay Lea Foods Cooperative Ltd. and as a Production & Operations Manager at Gulf & Safa Dairies Co. saw him developing 12 new juice and milk products, enhancing production efficiency, and securing ISO-9002 and HACCP certifications.

His career began in food microbiology, laboratory research, and quality control, where he pioneered cost-effective processing technologies and innovative dairy products. Holding an M.Sc. in Dairy Technology from Allahabad University, his expertise has shaped industry advancements.
