Priseela Chuttoo, born on March 26, 1976, in Mauritius, is a dynamic professional whose journey reflects perseverance, dedication, and a passion for growth. Married to Jay Kumar Chuttoo since 2001, she is a proud mother of three—Kushy (22), Yovan (14), and Jaya (10).

A lifelong learner, Priseela holds a Law degree from the University of Mauritius, along with degrees in Business Studies and an MBA, all pursued on a part-time basis while balancing professional and personal responsibilities. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of RSL Security Services Ltd, leading a workforce of approximately 1,600 employees. Under her leadership, the company provides security services primarily to government entities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Beyond security services, Priseela is also a Partner and Director at Greencure (Mauritius) Ltd, a pharmaceutical company based in the Freeport Zone of Mauritius. Additionally, she has been a Partner at Acutus Management Co. Ltd since 2010, having previously worked as an Office Manager at Acutus Management Ltd from 2014 to 2016.

Before transitioning into corporate leadership, Priseela dedicated nearly 18 years to education as a primary school teacher under the Ministry of Education and Human Resources in Mauritius. She taught multiple subjects to children aged 5 to 12, shaping young minds with her expertise.
