Dr. Deena Thayalan Naidu exemplifies dedication and leadership, shaped by his upbringing in Singapore, where he learned the values of hard work and integrity. Excelling in academics and sports, he developed a well-rounded personality that contributed to his success.

He studied at Guangyang Secondary School, obtaining his ‘N’ Level Certificate in 1998, before pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Western Michigan University. However, a family medical emergency led him to join the family business, demonstrating his resilience and adaptability. Committed to continuous learning, he earned multiple professional certifications in workplace safety, service operations, and food safety. In 2021, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus Institute of Management, enhancing his expertise in business management.

In 2019, Dr. Deena became CEO of GN Cleaning Services Pte Ltd while also founding Ozchem and Wchem. Beyond business, he is deeply committed to philanthropy. As a Board Trustee and Audit Committee member of NuLife Care & Counselling Services Limited, he plays a key role in sustainability efforts, heading the Fundraising and Nomination Committees.
