A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing thematic analysis of relevant literature to examine the evolution of calligraphy and its impact on modern artistic practices. The analysis focused on historical texts, technical examinations, and contemporary discussions to provide a comprehensive understanding of calligraphy’s role over time. The historical analysis reveals that calligraphy has significantly influenced and been influenced by various artistic traditions, reflecting broader cultural and societal transformations.
