Copyright Statement for Aimbell Publications

Duration of Copyright

Copyright in a work is not indefinite; its duration varies depending on the nature of the work and the jurisdiction in which it is published. Generally, for an academic article, copyright extends for 70 years beyond the life of the author. However, this period may differ across countries.

Copyright at Aimbell Publications

Upon submission of a manuscript to Aimbell, the author(s) grant Aimbell Publications a license to publish the work. This license includes the rights to display, store, copy, and reuse the manuscript’s content. These publishing rights are essential for Aimbell Publications to publish the article and make it available to the public. Authors are required to sign a contract that grants Aimbell Publications these publishing rights after their manuscript has successfully passed through peer review, has been accepted, and has entered the final production stage.

Aimbell Publications strictly discourages and monitors against the duplication of text, figures, or any other content in any form. This policy is rigorously enforced prior to the submission of research papers.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is original and properly documented before submission. The Editor-in-Chief retains the authority to approve or reject manuscripts based on these criteria.
